Project Manager, Business Systems

We are growing and have opened a new role for a Project Manager, Business Systems. This position will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to scope, plan and execute on implementing business systems projects identified to meet the organization needs. The PM engages frequently with the business systems analyst, SMEs and partners to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan multiple projects with internal and external teams by leading the qualification of business case, analysis and definition of scope, timeline and cost

Deliver projects and programs within agreed scope, quality, time and budget

Talk to leadership throughout the life of projects

Improve the project management framework and drive to implement standard work

Maintain project dashboard

Provide timely communication by scheduling and using report outs with key project participants, stakeholders, project steering groups and Senior Management Team

Sign off on deliverables

Identify risks, report and raise issues, move to completion
QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary education in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering)

3 years previous Project Management experience, ideally with experience in an IT environment

Experience with ERP and related business systems in a manufacturing environment

Experience with “DBS” (Danaher Business Systems) or similar continuous improvement methodologies

Outstanding communication skills required (written and verbal)

Experience leading a cross functional team

Use of lean methodology and techniques to improve productivity, reduce cost, improve delivery performance

Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner
