Position Description:
We are looking for a Rebate Implementation Analyst is responsible for onboarding and training new clients on LBMX’s SaaS-based rebate solution while ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. This role involves developing and executing implementation plans, creating process documents, establishing best practices, and building project tracking infrastructure. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and drive product improvements, while becoming a subject matter expert in rebates and effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have strong people and organizational skills and be comfortable as an effective member of a productive team. A high level of computer competency is required but no experience is required in computer programming.
*This is an onsite position at our London Ontario office. Must be able to legally work within Canada.*
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and can utilize the SaaS rebate solution.
- Address client questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Implementation Planning & Execution:
- Develop customized implementation plans tailored to client needs and goals.
- Establish and maintain clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client implementation.
- Ensure all client data is accurately configured and integrated into the rebate platform.
Process Documentation & Best Practices:
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support internal teams and client use.
- Define and standardize best practices for implementation, training, and project tracking.
- Regularly update documentation to reflect evolving processes and product features.
Project Tracking Infrastructure:
- Build and maintain reports in Salesforce/Monday.com for tracking project status, timelines, and outcomes.
- Provide regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and address potential risks to ensure on-time, successful implementations.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Become the company's go-to expert on rebates and the SaaS platform, understanding every facet of its functionality and application.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to rebates to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
Multitasking & Prioritization:
- Effectively manage multiple client implementations and projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and with high quality.
- Balance competing priorities and maintain focus under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Product Feedback & Collaboration:
- Collect and analyze client feedback during and after implementation to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product team to suggest enhancements and address recurring client pain points.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure updates meet client needs.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to review and comprehend technical business requirements documentation.
- Strong attention to detail. Effective problem-solving and problem-prevention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastically work with others in a positive collaborative environment.
- Competent and comfortable in the use of computers, including standard business software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to clearly document new processes and procedures.
- Willingness to eagerly take on new tasks as required.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple implementations simultaneously
- Must be fluent in English (reading and writing). Being fluent in French is an asset.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of data files in various forms (i.e. CSV, Excel, XML, etc.) and accompanying file layouts.
- Exposure to various Accounting/ERP/POS systems is an asset (Infor SXe, Epicor Eclipse, SAP, etc.)
- College Diploma or University Degree in accounting, business management, supply chain management, computer science/programming.
- Knowledge of using JIRA, Monday.com, Salesforce and Zendesk
