WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our SaaS Sales Specialists are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision-makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal!

Working with leads from our marketing efforts, you will focus on building relationships with prospects to highlight the value of our product aligned to their business needs. You will proactively reach out to organizations across Canada to show them the HRdownloads difference and how you can save them time and money. Using our proven sales deck, you will conduct daily web-based demonstrations to business owners, HR professionals, and executives from the comfort of your workspace. Your sales leaders and team will cheer you on and support your success so that you can achieve endless possibilities with our uncapped commission plan!

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

You are a sales professional who:

• Has at least three years of SaaS sales experience.
• Is passionate about sales and driving new client acquisitions.
• Understands the importance of maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Can tackle objections with ease and loves to close the deal.
• Has a clear track record of exceeding expectations and sales targets.
• Has a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Is highly skilled at collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Is an excellent communicator, being able to actively listen to pinpoint opportunities while clearly articulating our value in the Canadian marketplace.
• Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
• Is organized, and can manage your time wisely.
• Is highly self-motivated with a passion to continue to progress and grow.
