We are seeking a temporary full-time Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team. You will design and create compelling visuals to market our brands, products, and services. Your role includes supporting corporate and business unit marketing initiatives, managing design projects, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This position requires coordination with business units, suppliers, and external agencies to bring marketing messages to life.

About the Role

• Design marketing materials for various print and digital mediums, including signage, posters, digital ads, and social media content.
• Apply corporate design and brand standards creatively and consistently.
• Communicate openly with project teams and internal customers, following workflow processes and incorporating feedback.
• Source and edit stock photography, illustrations, and videos that align with the brand.
• Coordinate projects with third-party vendors, managing proofs and production to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee custom photography and video projects.
• Update and maintain customer communication templates.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate within the Marketing team.
• Conduct competitive market research and recommend new marketing tools.
• Track timelines and costs for marketing tactics.
• Maintain organized folders and artwork files.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience, proficient in Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Video editing and post-production experience (After Effects, Premiere) would be beneficial.
• Proficient working in Adobe Acrobat, creating high-resolution PDF files for production and interactive PDFs with hyperlinks.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work collaboratively to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Strict attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly, and strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in WordPress, familiarity with AODA requirements in an asset.
• Experience working in CRM software such as Salesforce is an asset.
• Working knowledge of social media and designing creative for all platforms.
• Self-motivated with client service orientation, professionalism and excellent judgment.
