Senior Account Executive

Your Job
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for significantly impacting customers with your ability to build relationships and create exceptional experiences during the sales and onboarding phases of the customer. This is our foundation for driving customer-driven growth. You will drive client growth through selling and prospecting in a B2B environment. You will report directly to the Manager, Relationships.

Your Focus

- Negotiating enterprise-level software contracts is a walk in the park for you
- You are driven by your customer -first sales strategy
- Working within a CRM and ensuring account and opportunity data is updated.
- Attend in-person and virtual industry events to strengthen and create new relationships.
Who you are:
- I am obsessed with customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- At least 5 years of successful software sales experience with at least 3 years selling into large enterprises or franchise, or multi-location accounts.
- Existing relationships with Franchise groups in the services industry is a bonus.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to leverage a consultative approach to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness.
- Strong business planning and organizational skills.
