Purchasing water treatment equipment can be much more challenging than buying other household appliances. It incorporates elements of chemistry and biology and it’s tough for the average consumer to make sense of it all, and figure out what course of action to take.

We’ve garnered a reputation as being the place online where you can find informative articles, how-to-guides, configurators, and interact with real live experts to demystify the world or water treatment, and figure out what to buy. About the Role
In the role of Inside Sales & Support you’ll be that expert! Utilizing our powerful customer management software and a living database of technical resources, you’ll interact with customers before and after they make a purchase. You’ll field pre-sales questions about general water treatment theory, and will help people understand how to improve the water in their homes, cottages, and businesses!
You’ll learn how to answer specific technology-related questions about filtration, water softeners, UV systems, reverse osmosis and more. You’ll help these customers with any post-sales questions they have about installation, setup, optimization, and maintenance. You’ll also be working towards your Water Quality Association (WQA) Water Specialist designation. You’ll be well-supported by a corporate culture that values lifelong learning, helping your colleagues, and career growth.
You’re a perfect fit for this role if you find learning exciting and if you find helping others rewarding. You love talking with people and you’re an excellent communicator. You’re good at listening carefully to people’s issues and crafting easy-to-understand responses by phone or email. You have an appreciation for excellent customer service and know how to deliver it. You enjoy technical topics and aren’t intimidated to learn something new, and to be tasked with quickly becoming an expert on it. - University or College graduate. You’ve taken post-secondary level science courses
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience
- Canadian Citizen
- Proficiency in English (an additional language is a big plus)
- You’ve got a place to work, an up-to-date computer (preferably a Mac), and a phone
- $38,000 - $42,000 per year + quarterly performance bonuses
- $500 annual technology allowance
