As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and executing core HR initiatives, programs and deliverables in support of the overall Human Resources strategy. You will also be a key part of our approach to maintaining our unique, energetic and highly social culture!

This is the right role for you if you have…

  • post-secondary education in Human Resources Management plus at least 5 years of progressive HR experience including a minimum of 1 year in a mid-level HR role;
  • passion for and in-depth knowledge of exceptional talent acquisition and onboarding processes to make sure new hires feel right at home;
  • a proven track record in executing and implementing new HR programs and/or helping an organization to evolve its HR practices;
  • experience working with and implementing an HRIS to support the automation of HR-related practices and processes;
  • exceptional relationship management skills and up-to-date employment legislation knowledge to create a happy work environment for employees and remote workers while building strong company culture;
  • strong presentation and communication skills including verbal, written and listening;
  • demonstrated critical thinking and top-notch organizational skills that help you thrive in a chaotic environment; and
  • an ability to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet tight and shifting timelines.

 

About this role…

This is a new role that allows us to add capacity to this critical function in our organization. Reporting to the HR Director (part-time role), this role manages and executes Diply’s full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. The role is also responsible for management of our HRIS and other HR tools. It implements and effectively performs a range of day-to-day Human Resources activities, processes and services in alignment with the desired Diply culture and business needs, including providing support to leaders and employees in the resolution of HR-related matters. The role is responsible for managing and providing direction to the HR Coordinator.

Diply has offices in both Toronto and London (ON), however, we are ONLY looking for candidates based in or around London. During this time, all staff members are working from home until further notice.
