As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Systems Specialist supporting our London Administration location. 

 

The Systems Specialist role is responsible for the overall Business Loan Origination System (LOS) management from a business requirements perspective. Strong end to end understanding of assigned systems/platforms and Business lending experience is required to implement, maintain, and enhance Libro’s product and service capabilities.  The responsibility of this role includes system operation & maintenance, training & user support, and reporting & continuous improvement. This role is the main contact with Information Systems and the Vendor to ensure system performance is maintained at a high standard.   

 

The Epic Human we are looking for will;

  • Be responsible for the effective operation of the system; working closely with Information Systems and Vendors to prioritize maintenance and system updates for optimal performance.
  • Works with key stakeholders to operationalize a continuous improvement cycle, including root cause analysis and implementing process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve both upstream and downstream impacts for users and requests changes to Information Systems.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that all new features and enhancements function correctly.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure that the software meets business requirements.
  • Supports other systems and processes related to designated system such as CMHC, Sagen and Equifax as available and contributes strong knowledge to collaborate with other downstream systems including Ovation and Client Relationship Manager.
  • Work in partnership with Learning & Development, responsible for ongoing training, including develop & refine training modules, facilitation, and onboarding users.
  • Write and maintain all systems/platform related policies, procedures, work instructions. 
  • Support and troubleshoot system issues that are reported by users.
  • Work collaboratively with Agile teams and other stakeholders to implement solutions that continuously improve the system/platform and Owner/staff experience.  
  • Vendor liaison and subject matter expert to recommend changes, solutions, and improvements to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop reporting that meets regulatory requirements, measures services standards/agreements, and accommodates ad hoc requests to support key performance metrics/objectives.
  • Using data, optimize the utilization of the system and data to identify risks and related solutions.

  • Do you have a university degree in Business or Finance?
  • Do you have a minimum 5 years of experience in business lending with a well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills?
  • Can you demonstrate end to end knowledge of applicable systems, processes, and regulatory requirements   to facilitate lending decisions?
  • Do you have a proven commitment to innovation and continuous improvement; experience with nCino Commercial Lending Origination System (CLOS) is preferred.
