Job Description

About This Role

We are looking for someone to provide a security, compliancy, governance and audit support for our ATM environment. This will require a broad range knowledge of the ATM systems and applications provide technical leadership to the audit and compliancy programs. Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here’s some of what you may be asked to perform:

  • Participate in TD security assessment programs, providing technology information and business information collaborating with business, technology and vendor partners.
  • Supporting our ATM team for internal and external audits. Obtain and submit the required artifacts working with business, technology and vendor partners.
  • Provide security insight into ATM applications and systems to meet or exceed industry standards established, while minimizing operational risk.
  • Strive to improve production environment stability, security and compliancy by working with business, technology, vendor partners and others for improved solutioning.
  • Provide prompt, effective day-to-day support, accurately identify and resolve security and compliancy issues, perform controlled and timely incident resolution all while making client satisfaction a top priority.
  • Contribute to design, review, integrate application requirements, with this position focused on security and compliancy for the solutions being delivered.
  • Assume incident management role (communicator, tracker, escalator, driver, etc.) for security and compliance.
  • Use meaningful metrics to monitor and report on security and compliance for our environments.
  • Ensure established processes/standards, business technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines; plan, monitor and escalate issues as required.
  • Identify/implement process improvements to enhance revenue, customer experience and reduce costs.
  • Support business case development, RFI/RFP and SLAs with vendors.

 

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in supporting Audits and Financial security/compliancy programs.
  • Ability to work independently in a senior/lead role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach/ educate others.
  • Strong subject matter expertise within industry security and compliance; PCI DSS, PCI PIN and Interac.
  • Work with industry standard tools to track and manage existing findings
  • Strength in consulting with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to your own area.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and can work effectively with vendors to fulfill support requirements.
  • Willingness to work effectively as a team, helping others to resolve critical service issues.
  • Interest and drive to enhance knowledge/expertise by staying abreast of security, compliance, industry and business trends, research industry standards, best practices and new innovations, make recommendations.
  • Confidence acting as a reference for team members or clients.
