In this role, you will:

  • Work with Electrical standards and regulations

  • Apply product and compliance knowledge to product development and certification.

  • Liaise and provide support to Production, QA, Traffic, Engineering, Purchasing and Project Engineering with product knowledge and product compliance assessments and requirements.

  • Effectively facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and audits with internal and external parties.

  • Review and propose updates to standard operating procedures; identify gaps in existing processes and implement resolutions.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-secondary education (college or university) with an Electrical background

  • Experience in writing technical documents.

  • Applying analytical and complex critical thinking, and problem-solving methods; curious and have an investigative mindset.

  • Experience with Regulatory Standards (UL, CE, CSA, etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict timelines.
