What You’ll Do

 

As our Learning Experience Technical Lead you will be at the forefront of our e-Learning offerings. You’ll review content created by team members, provide feedback and direction, and ensure that project timelines and budgets are met. You will collaborate with the Director of Research and Content to help bring our product roadmap for online training to life!

 

As our Learning Experience Technical Lead you will:

  • Oversee the e-Learning team by providing guidance, insight, and feedback to members on production elements.
  • Coordinate the design of interactive and impactful learning experiences for our clients. This includes reviewing scripts for training courses, creating diagnostic tools, and experimenting with new, innovative learning methods and models.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to department team members, coaching and mentoring on best practices and auditing work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure tickets in Salesforce are addressed by the appropriate individuals within accepted timeframes for resolution.
  • Collect and report on relevant training metrics to the Director of Research and Content and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Support market research and develop recommendations for new immersive and traditional courses.

Requirements

About You

 

You are an e-Learning professional who:

  • Has at least three (3) years working experience in an instructional or e-Learning role.
  • Has previous team leadership experience.
  • Are an extremely creative, out-of-the-box thinker who has an eagerness to learn and experiment! You are always looking for the simplest and most efficient processes that yield the highest quality product or service.
  • Are a continuous learner interested in a variety of topics.
  • Has a strong technical aptitude and experience using different technologies and software to create engaging and eye-catching material using Articulate 360. You don’t shy away from learning new software on an as needed basis.
  • Has visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with storyboarding.
  • Has a university degree or a college diploma in human resources, business, the humanities, or a related area of study. A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Has proven project management experience.
  • Is detail oriented and able to work proficiently with tight deadlines.
