Recruiting Coordinator

We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to focus on interview scheduling and coordination and intern and co-op recruiting. You’ll work with a diverse set of business and technology leaders across the business and will play a big part in building and managing our intern and co-op recruiting.

This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week. This is subject to change based on future business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with 5-6 recruiters scheduling multiple interviews with candidates; coordinating all details of the interviews with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Assist with scorecard template creation and management of scorecard repository for all positions
• Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Participate in new hire onboarding tasks including working closely with recruiting, payroll, and other cross-functional departments
• Partner with the college teams for job postings and to schedule, coordinate, and attend campus events
• Full lifecycle recruiting for interns and co-ops

What we’re looking for:

• 1 + years as a Recruiting Coordinator to include interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.
• Experience recruiting at colleges and Universities, focused on Interns and Co-ops
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
