THE OPPORTUNITY
Our creative writer is an expert at turning information into highly effective, engaging content in line with current adult learning best practices.
As our next creative writer, you will:
- Research topics related to human resource management and current workplace trends and best practices.
- Write stories, simulations, and learning content that encourages high levels of learner engagement.
- Support the Manager of e-Learning Solutions in creating a variety of content and product offerings to be used by clients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to bring the content you create to life.
- Keep up to date on how content creation, e-learning, and storytelling are constantly changing and evolving.
- Provide support with editing content created by others.
ABOUT YOU
You are a creative professional who:
- Is passionate about storytelling and writing stories for a diverse audience.
- Has experience with creative writing in a professional capacity or as a hobby.
- Has a passion for learning about new topics, subjects, and trends.
- Can write engaging, informative, and educational content, including training scripts.
- Is an out of the box thinker, open to innovating and applying trends to your writing.
- Has at least five (5) years of experience writing in a professional setting.
- Has a bachelor's degree in English, creative writing, the social sciences, or a related field.
- Are familiar with adult learning principles.
- Have experience with business writing.
- Have experience editing in a professional setting.
- Have a graduate degree or post-graduate certificate in a related field.
- Are fluent in French!
