Digital Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to create and launch our paid media campaigns across numerous native and social advertising platforms. The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented, motivated, and passionate about creating tantalizing content.

*****This is a full-time, in-house position in London, Ontario (During COVID-19 we will be WFH indefinitely, with plans to get back into the office sometime in 2022

Responsibilities:
- Create and launch paid media campaigns across native and social advertising platforms.
- Drive traffic to our websites by creating engaging advertisements.
- Work with marketing and content team to research and come up with new ideas for articles.
- Triple-checking links, file names, HTML, images, ad copy, headlines, article content, and more to make sure everything is going smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knows the difference between SEM and SEO, between paid and organic, and between display and native.
- Self-sufficient & creative problem solver.
- Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points.
- Highly self-motivated & finds ways to turn mundane projects into learning opportunities.
- Has a track record of outperforming others in productivity, efficiency, and innovation.

Requirements:
- Strong interest in Headline or Copy Writing.
- Basic experience in Photoshop.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Prior blogging or editing experience (preferred, not required).
- Experience in A/B testing (preferred, not required).
