The work:
You will be working with our cross-disciplinary team to create wireframes and prototypes from approved user stories, moving onto style guides and visual design once your designs have been user-vetted. You're comfortable speaking with people to conduct preliminary research and guerrilla testing. Details and nuance are important to you.
Thinking about the user's context and the steps in their journey, you're able to compare the project's requirements with what's practical from a user's perspective and make on-the-fly decisions.Your contribution to our team isn't limited to your outstanding design talent. You will contribute to the team's growth and participate in strategic meetings. You're comfortable with being mentored and mentoring.

Education / Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year in an agency or corporate environment; with a focus on designing websites.
