Responsibilities:
- Staggered shift support
- Active Directory account support (lockouts, accounts for new users, permission changes upon manager approval).
- Network/Wireless LAN troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016/Windows 10/Cisco switches)Email support -send/receive issues, spam monitoring/resolution (Exchange Server 2016/Office 365)
- Computer hardware maintenance/cleaning/repair
- New hardware – requirements and installation
- Printer maintenance, Level 1 copier support
- I/T Supplies purchasing
- Intranet development/improvements
- Mobile device support (Apple IOS)
- Software installation and support
- VMware experience an asset
- Cisco network experience an asset
- Perform work in accordance with health and safety policies
- Other related duties as assigned
