Trojan Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Development Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers hybrid work flexibility, with a focus on driving talent development strategies, inclusive development initiatives, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Based in London, Ontario office, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement talent processes, tailor development options. This position, specialized in Organization and Talent development, will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, strengthening our workforce, and ensuring water quality worldwide!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP, Human Resources to lead the talent development strategy with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement organization-wide talent processes, including talent and career development planning, succession planning, competency frameworks, and talent movement.
- Facilitate talent reviews with Executives, aligning performance, potential, development acceleration, and equitable talent practices.
- Manage and facilitate assessment reviews aimed at developing on the job employee experience.
- Drive insights from talent analytics and recommend talent processes and career acceleration practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in talent strategy development
- Passion for and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept at achieving results in a performance-driven culture.
