Digital Project Specialist

Our Digital Project Specialist will give you the opportunity to manage marketing databases to ensure high data quality! You will be able to improve end-user visibility and strategies to drive website traffic. Additionally, the role will focus on ways to track key user actions on the various digital and social channels that directly impact ROI. The role will also support the digital marketing efforts as required.

 

The Digital Project Specialist will be responsible for the creation and implementation of scalable marketing processes in marketing automation solutions, lead lifecycle and funnel strategy. They will lead the development of processes and protocols around improving customer engagement and the customer journey.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Establish and maintain best practices in campaign and lead management, including campaign architecture, segmentation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, data quality, and weekly KPI reporting.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of marketing software and tools, including maintenance of the connection between SFDC and Marketo to ensure expedited lead flow, and campaign tracking.
  • Manage customer databases for marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize programs that deliver value and surpass objectives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing support of website design, content, functionality, and maintenance
  • Manage relationships and projects with digital agencies, 3rd party vendors and corresponding budgets.

Qualifications

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Business, related program, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • An understanding of SEM, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, and email marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

 

Preferred skills:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Marketo
  • Experience in landing page design and conversion rate optimization is an asset.
  • PMP Certificate
