Partner Enablement Manager

 

Who We Are

interVal is a fintech startup that is changing the way that people interact with their financial data. Our platform harnesses the financial data from a business owner's cloud accounting software, and packages it in a way that is easy to consume.

We sell our platform directly to the business owner’s advisory network - accounting firms, financial institutions, and franchisors. Our job is to make sure that our customers (the advisors) succeed in deploying the platform to their business owner clients, driving adoption and success within their client base.

 

What We Need

Our platform only succeeds if our customers succeed -- and that’s where you come in.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, this role will be responsible for ensuring that interVal’s customers are able to drive product adoption inside of their internal and external channels.

We are looking for someone with sales-related experience (ideally in software) that will focus solely on customer enablement, driving go-to-market strategies and programs that are customized to what our customers need, and helping drive their implementation process to completion.

This role will involve:

  • Being immersed in our customer’s journey, understanding their specific use-case for the interVal platform and value prop for their business owners
  • Helping our customers develop their go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning to create uptake and provide value to their business owner clients
  • Collaboration with a customer’s marketing team and internal champion(s) to support the strategy and drive the message
  • Preparing and running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with our enterprise customers, driving customer retention and strategy as the relationship evolves
