This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements including a combination of remote and in-office work, with office locations in London, Essex and Caledonia.
What Opportunity Awaits?
Libro is on the quest for a passionately accountable Business Analyst Level 2 whom will be responsible for transposing requirements into user stories, storyboards, wireframes, process flows and user acceptance criteria, as well as be an integral part of a project team using Agile development methodologies. The position is responsible to lead and/or facilitates scrum ceremonies, remove team-level impediments, and shield the team from external distractions. Our Business Analyst Level 2 will ensure clear communication and understanding between the Product/Process Owner and the team. Additionally, this position will be coaching team members on continuous process improvements and goals while ensuring the achievement of excellent results.
Libro’s Business Analyst Level 2 will need to maintain flexible work hours in supporting the efficient operation of the in-house banking system that may require after hours or out of office locations. The Business Analyst Level 2 requires in-depth knowledge and experience; Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services; Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions; Works independently; receives minimal guidance. - Could this be you? 
What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will; 
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
  • Plan and prioritize projects and resources as well as deal with conflicting deadlines, peak periods and unexpected situations.
  • Maintain the Change Request Database and support Process Owners on release planning and remove impediments
  • Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation
  • Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, and mock-ups.
  • Lead research for Information Systems on Libro Strategic Projects
  • Generate Agile mindset in teams through conversations, coaching, and role-playing exercises
What we are looking for? Could this be you?
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems or Accounting OR equivalent experience
  • 5 + years experience in a Financial Institution with experience managing projects as either a Business Analyst or in Information Systems.
  • 2+ years of Scrum Master experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects
  • Experience in leading collaborative work teams and projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business and Process Analysis best practices, techniques and tools, and project management methodologies
  • Basic programming, development, and/or technical knowledge including advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, SQL
