Sales Account Executive
Job Overview:
The sales account executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows — it’s essential that our sales account executive be personable and professional.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule “B”

Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

New business development / finding new potential customers

Ensure existing customers IT solutions are current and up to current Consys / Best practice standards which includes quoting new hardware/solutions as needed

Act as the point of contact for clients needs, concerns and problems

Introduce Technical Service Specialist Level 3 and organize technician to do a network assessment

Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements

Create sales promotions and sales strategies to increase revenue

Identify customers wants and needs and with the help of a TSSL3 build a roadmap to success

Tracking commissions accurately

Keep up to date on our latest offerings and business initiatives

Monitor and report on sales performance analytics

Attend networking events that may help drive business and get new contacts

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Monthly presentation to management/sales manager to review past months results and next months plans.
