We are looking for an energetic and outcome focused trainer with the ability to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. As a CDK Support Trainer, you will ensure the successful training and adoption of IntelliDealer, the CDK Global Heavy Equipment Dealer Management Software.  This is an entirely remote training opportunity for the right candidate.  With each request for training, you will conduct a needs analysis with dealership stakeholders to ensure customer elation with post implementation support. Using the information learned through collaboration with the Implementation team, you will create and execute training strategies that result in quality adoption of IntelliDealer. While the work is highly independent, you would be joining a high-performance team focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and providing the best user experience. None 

Duties/responsibilities 

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and to identify the impact of the training content. 
  • Determines the best method to deliver needed training by aligning learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs; prepares for the effective execution of products being installed. 
  • Facilitate training using various remote learning methodologies, build learner motivation, and create and manage a positive learning environment. 
  • Evaluate implementation success and end user performance utilization; provide consultative feedback to dealership stakeholders. 
  • Write training reports to document the outcome of trainings. 
  • Strong presence and professional business presentation skills while working remotely with dealerships. 
  • Participate in Roundtable meetings, weekly team meetings,  JIRA stand-up meetings, bi-monthly 1:1's with management, and other team meetings by phone and in person when required. 
  • Comply with all corporate policies. 
  • Execute special projects as directed by leadership. 
  • Effectively communicate ideas for improvement. 
  • Achieve annual performance goals by staying on track with tasks and milestones. 
  • Performs other related duties as required. 

Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal, observational, and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to provide consultative feedback. 
  • 2+ years’ experience delivering virtual training, workshops or consultations to small and large groups. 
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles. 
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Outlook for time management, PowerPoint for presentation and training delivery, Excel for reporting and Word and OneNote for document preparation and organization.
