Responsibilities: 

•  Solution reporting architecture & subject matter expertise to Analytics Studio (Tableau) projects 
• Develop solution & technical plans, prior to kicking off a project 
• Review Business Requirements and communicate their technical implications 
• Identify, define, implement, and ensure adherence to technical strategy, policies, and standards 
•  Participate in evaluation and selection of software systems (Tableau, Power BI, etc) 
• Work with vendors to assess products, understand features, and assist in maximizing ROI 
• Understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and how they apply to the organization 
•  Evangelize the importance of technical quality, emerging technologies, sharing & experimentation across the org through mentoring, collaboration, communities, etc. 
• Develop ETL packages to blend multiple data sets together.
• Automate repetitive tasks through the use of scripts, ETL and Reporting tools.
• Evaluate data sets for accuracy and quality
• Gather Data requirements from customers and develop solutions to meet those requirements
• Development of Dashboards and reporting for all departments
• Work with the Statistical and data governance groups as needed

Education

•  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics
•  Master’s in Business, Analytics or related fields 

 Knowledge and Experience:

•  A minimum of 5+ years overall Technology & IT industry experience 
•  A minimum of 3+ years in a solution or technical architect role 
•  Expertise in Tableau / Einstein, and integrate with SFDC; ability to work on Salesforce Analytics Studio
•  Managed the end-to-end lifecycle of a project in a solution architect capacity 
• Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skills 
• Experience presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences 
• Experience coaching and mentoring others 
• Leadership capabilities and proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders 
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools 
• Experience with Software development lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries, & tools 
• Knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages 
• Experience with relational, graph and/or unstructured data technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos, Azure Data Lake, HD Insights, Hadoop, Neo4j etc. 
• Experience in data movement and transformation technologies 
• Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau  
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Azure Stream Analytics, SQL Analytics, Data Lake Analytics. 
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning tools 
• Extensive experience in project and/or product management 
• Experience in architecting mobile applications
