IT Support Technician

We are hiring for a full time IT help desk position to assist our business clients.  You'll be our first line of support answering our help desk phone and help desk emails. We need someone who is a "jack of all trades" when it comes to supporting computer problems and network issues.   You must be a Microsoft 365 guru. This includes knowing user administration, understanding the Azure environment, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive and policies. Ideally we want someone with past help desk experience.  You'll need to know TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS and Windows network troubleshooting techniques with a passion to help our clients! Some travel to clients is required as needed. If you love helping people and have experience within the IT support industry then send me your resume! I look forward to chatting further.

Shift will be Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm. 35 hours per week.

Pay will depend on experience you can bring to the job. It's a great opportunity for someone to grow with our company and contribute ideas to help our company succeed.

We don't have an office space so you will work from home!  Voip provided.  Work from home 85% of the time, work at clients 10% of the time, enjoy a coffee 5% of the time.  

Please note: you will need your own car for this position as well as your own smart phone to use on the job. We prefer someone who lives in London, Ontario.
