About the Role

Mobials builds, markets and sells digital retailing tools in the Canadian Automotive space. Our tools are focused on creating value-for-value exchanges between consumers and dealerships. Value-for-value simply means tools that actually help consumers find transparency in their car buying research while supplying valuable leads to dealers. Auto dealers use our tools to improve their customer’s online experience.


The Digital Dealership Manager role is focused on driving new business by managing a team of Digital Dealership Specialists. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Sales to develop strategic sales goals, define and monitor sales activities, and build out a high-performing sales team. You will train and mentor your sales staff ensuring proper sales tactics are executed and sales quotas are consistently met. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to help to achieve our strategic business objectives. You are a confident, self-starter with the ability to motivate others. You know how to effectively solve problems, overcome objections, and win deals. This is a management-level position, you are required to demonstrate strong leadership.


The Digital Dealership Specialist is Responsible for:

  • Manage a team of Sales employees and ensure monthly sales quotas are met.
  • Establish and develop the principal business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for AutoVerify.
  • Ensure all deals are handed off to Customer Success and Accounting in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Make telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Assist Digital Dealership Specialists with booking demos or deal creation in a leadership capacity as needed.
  • Maintain, without fail, sufficient documentation on all current and prospective clients in our CRM (currently HubSpot).
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with several business groups, including Marketing, Customer Success, Accounting, and Development.
  • Analyze deals’ potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers’ to the company.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the execution of sales tactics being used to hit goals.
  • Deliver verbal and written reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products/services to Senior Leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to build out a highly competitive Sales team and effectively manage the needs of our growing customer base.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Sales in any and all sales management activities as required.

Who We are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in an Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead is desirable.
  • Experience in the Automotive field is an asset.
  • Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with prior success dealing directly with business decision makers and managers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor.
  • Experience consultatively pitching a solution to meet targeted customer needs.
  • Excellent in learning new technology.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to remain positive in the face of a challenge.
  • Experience using CRM software, HubSpot preferred.
  • Bilingual required (part of the Quebec team)

About the Compensation:

  • Salary: $50,000+/ year
  • On-Target-Earnings: up to $100,000+/year
  • Full-Time Permanent Position
