Key Information
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent
Job Type: Hybrid – In office with flexibility to manage your work schedule with up to 8 days per month to work from home.

Job Details
As part of the Automotive Sales team, the Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting revenue growth by optimizing sales processes and ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. This role focuses on sales administration, CRM management, documentation, and customer experience to enhance team productivity and efficiency. The Sales Operations Coordinator provides high-touch administrative support, streamlining operations to drive sales effectiveness. They serve as a vital link between sales leadership and representatives, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities
- CRM & Data Management
- Ensure accurate data in maintained in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and support sales reps.
- Ensure data integrity across systems.
- Sales Process Support & Administration
- Manage documentation, contracts, and approvals.
- Coordinate deal approvals, pricing, and compliance.
- Maintain pricing policies and process tickets.
- Oversee contract documentation in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), DocuSign, and other Microsoft tools.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other teams.
- Support onboarding for new sales reps.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide support for customers, including account setup, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Assist with customer contracts, renewals, and amendments in English and/or French.
- Address customer concerns related to orders, billing, and contracts.
- Gather and track customer feedback.
- Sales Enablement & Training
- Organize sales training, meetings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure sales teams have access to the latest resources and tools.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives.
Education and Experience Required:
- Recognized post-secondary diploma in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting sales and operations with CRMs and custom-built internal platforms for customer management
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders; both internal and external
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Experience with data analysis is considered an asset
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- French is considered an asset
