POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary role of this position is to provide leadership and drive strategic processes in our Trojan enterprise resource planning systems, specifically around data integrity, operating company system implementation (i.e.: Trojan London) and overall ERP management for customer service. This associate is responsible for providing a high level of support for all cross functional departments and ensuring smooth operation of our systems and supports measured by maintaining ERP requirements and implementation dates, pricing support (Industrial & Municipal) and meeting sales and departmental key performance indicators and objectives.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Working with IT LN implementation team to support system upgrades/transitions
  • Maintain ERP service information in the company enterprise database
  • Ability to meet customers’ needs and strategic planning of Trojan. Specifically, around customer self-service and customer experience
  • Participates in planning and implementing strategies and goals
  • Partners with Key Accounts to support strategies and customer requirements
  • Assist with problem solving efforts within assigned teams to address gaps in performance
  • Constantly evaluates current state for opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
  • Participates with action plans, ability to deliver on both results and deadlines
  • Responds to and resolves customer issues requiring management intervention
  • Ensure that all programs and processes adhere to ISO procedures

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline
  • Demonstrate past experience / knowledge in ERP systems preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years customer facing experience with progressive responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of customer support processes (i.e., pricing, returns, delivery, etc.)
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze data to gain understanding and offer actions
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office365 with advanced Excel skills
