This role has an expectation of 2 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.

As a Financial Analyst you will:

• Build and improve upon current business analytics and tie key metrics to financial performance
• Develop deep knowledge of PBCS, our planning and forecasting tool
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for management
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and planning
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process
• Work closely with Accounting during month end close to understand variances between actuals and forecast
• Build relationships and share information cross-functionally
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, reporting and identify cost savings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role
• Familiarity with sophisticated financial models, as well as performance-based metrics
• Previous experience working in PBCS or similar planning tool
• Advanced Excel skills required with experience performing in-depth business analytics
• Experience querying large databases using SQL and working with big data required
• Ability to track and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Strong critical thinker
• BS in business, finance, data analytics or related field
