Our Account Executives are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision-makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal!


As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Focus on building relationships with prospects to highlight the value of our product aligned to their business needs.
  • Proactively reach out to organizations across Canada to show them the HRdownloads difference and how you can save them time and money.
  • Conduct daily web-based demonstrations to business owners, HR professionals, and Executives from the comfort of your workspace.
  • Be cheered on by sales leaders and and a team who support your success so that you can achieve endless possibilities with our uncapped commission plan!



You are a sales professional who:

  • Has at least 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Has successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Is passionate about sales and driving new client acquisitions.
  • Understands the importance of maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Can tackle objections with ease and loves to close the deal.
  • Has a clear track record of exceeding expectations and sales targets.
  • Has a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Is highly skilled at collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Is an excellent communicator, being able to actively listen to pinpoint opportunities while clearly articulating our value in the Canadian marketplace.
  • Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
  • Is organized and can manage your time wisely.
  • Is highly self-motivated with a passion to continue to progress and grow.

  • The rewards are plentiful! Our compensation plan (base salary and uncapped commission) allows top performers to realize on-track earnings of $85,000+. The sky is the limit. It’s all up to you.
