Description

We are looking to hire a talented and passionate recruiter to join our ever growing Talent Acquisition function, and partner specifically with our Consulting-Advisory division to hire from the Junior Consultant to VP, Consulting level. 

Working with a diverse group of Hiring Managers and stakeholders this person will help define, build, and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top Consulting talent, manage stakeholders expectations, influence best practice decisions, and provide insights for improvement. Accountable for working to and meeting, high expectations and standards, recruiters are measured on their weekly screenings, interviews, quality of hires, time to hire and stakeholder satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end, high volume Consulting hiring, conducting LinkedIn Recruiter searches, managing reach outs, conducting screening and providing a consistent pipeline of A talent for your stakeholders to interview
  • Conduct information gathering sessions with Hiring Managers to effectively understand the hiring needs and criteria
  • Build effective sourcing strategies to engage relevant A talent through targeted searches across our Applicant Database, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, events and networking activities 
  • Negotiate complex offers including base, bonus and variable compensation 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to keep them up to date on progress of roles whilst providing guidance on processes and engagement strategies
  • Proactively review and analyze sourcing channels and methods to create candidate pools and pipelines using initiative to develop and try new ideas
  • Supports in the collation, review, and ongoing analysis of recruiting metrics and ratios; provide insights on best practices, trends, and tools to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal recruitment practices
  • Explore ways to improve process and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR Onboarding Coordinator in the execution of offers to support companywide initiatives, specifically provides ongoing process optimizations and ideas for new Hire on-boarding program; drives for constant improvements in this area and both supports and leads process updates and/or changes.


Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or College Diploma in a Business, HR or Communications related subject 
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience ideally gained in a corporate and management or technical consultancy environment 
  • Demonstrated experience directly sourcing passive sales talent using LinkedIn recruiter, in both the US and Canada.
  • Proven experience working with market leading HRIS and/or ATS’s ideally Ultimate Software but this is not mandatory
  • Proven experience negotiating offers with senior technology professionals 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills able to work independently to partner with, influence and support demanding stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Intrinsically motivated, optimistic individual with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability. 
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, aggressively growing environment.
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional IT skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to working with CRM/ATS systems UltiPro ideally
  • Strong reporting skills, able to work to support the drive towards robust recruitment reporting and metrics.
