Position Purpose

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Strategic Projects to lead strategic initiatives, drive organizational transformation, and harness AI-driven insights to propel competitive advantage. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align cross-functional priorities, facilitate innovation, and deliver actionable intelligence to senior leadership to shape future growth

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution?

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment.?
  • Partner directly with executives and senior leaders to define strategic priorities, develop transformation roadmaps, and translate strategy into execution.?
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and leadership discussions to shape strategy and drive alignment.?
  • Drive cross-functional project teams with strong governance, accountability, ownership and transparent communication.?
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready stories that drive decisions and impact.?

Transformation & Operational Excellence?

  • Lead organizational transformation efforts from ideation to implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes and value capture.?
  • Challenge assumptions and facilitate ideation workshops to unlock innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.?
  • Leverage technology, AI, and analytics to identify avenues to optimize business performance and inform strategic decision-making.?
  • Provide coaching to team members to strengthen their analytical rigor, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.?
  • Build strong partnerships across departments, supporting change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement to drive transformation initiatives.?

Market & Competitive Intelligence?

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and risks.?
  • Translate external insights into strategic implications for growth and positioning?.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • ~2–3 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB).
  • Expertise in strategy, transformation, financial analysis, and business performance improvement.?
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive change, and deliver impact across cross-functional teams.?
  • Strong bias for action and a track record of turning insights into execution.?
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at crafting compelling narratives to influence senior executives.?
