Your Mission:
As the Vice President of Growth, you will lead the strategic expansion of Convertus Group across North America. You will be responsible for securing and negotiating intake contracts with municipalities, driving mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing the development of new facilities through Design-Build-Operate (DBO) projects. If you have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex negotiations and partnerships that support long-term growth, we invite you to apply!
Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:

Meeting with senior leadership to align on strategic growth priorities and communicate progress across key initiatives.

Leading procurement and negotiation of municipal and commercial intake contracts to secure long-term feedstock.

Overseeing the development pipeline for new facilities, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams on DBO projects.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Leading the end-to-end M&A process, including financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.

Conducting financial modeling and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-
Supporting the commercial team in securing off-take agreements for products and end outputs.

Leading internal meetings with the Growth team to review performance metrics and pipeline updates.

Providing coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.

Traveling to project sites, partner meetings, or industry events to build relationships and advance strategic initiatives.

This job is for you if you:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Bring 15+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, venture capital, or investment banking.

Have successfully led and executed complex M&A transactions from evaluation through integration.

Have demonstrated success with steering Municipal and Commercial bids.

Possess strong financial acumen and have experience with financial modeling and valuation.

Are a confident negotiator with excellent communication abilities.

Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to change.

Have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Understand the competitive landscape of the organic waste management industry.

Are driven by strategic growth and ready to make a measurable impact.

Hold a valid Driver's License.
