Project Coordinator
 

This position is responsible for end-to-end project management, including managing major and minor I.T. deployments and installation activities. This position will be involved in the planning, maintenance, execution of all stages of the Consys project management life cycle.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and review project and deployment plans with the Technical Support Specialist.

  • Manage all resources and stakeholders through all stages of a project.

  • Schedule all onsite resources, including third party support.

  • Update clients with project status regularly.

  • Own project from creation to completion and transition to support aftercare.

  • Assist in creating/updating project management processes.

  • Own the documentation of all project management processes and activities.

  • Evaluate projects through post project reporting and client communication.

  • Create long-standing relationships with all project stakeholders (clients, internal resources, third- party vendors and service providers).

  • Communicate daily with customers, third parties, vendors, coworkers, and management.

 

Specific Job Tasks:

  • Own the scheduling of all aspects of projects.

  • Own the scheduling of minor hardware deployments (Run Rate).

  • Respond to client concerns and escalate to Manager of Service and Operations as necessary

  • Review project and ‘runrate’ tickets daily.

  • Create backup plan with support from leadership for vacation scheduling and other time-off requests.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Position Expectations:

 

Must Have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communications/customer relationship skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work from the London office.

  • Ability to travel to client sites within the London, ON area +/-25km.

  • Possess a valid Driver's Licence and Clean Drivers record.

 

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience

  • An ergonomically designed work from home office space.

  • Working knowledge of ConnectWise.

  • Working knowledge of IT Glue.

  • Previous leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority.
