The opportunity

As our development manager, you will:

• Motivate, mentor, and coach tech leads and developers.
• Lead planning meetings and agile sprint management.
• Translate business needs and requirements into developer projects and tasks.
• Handle Jira management (card creation, triage, assignment, tracking, and reporting).
• Work closely with tech leads and developers to keep work on track.
• Develop maintenance plans for keeping products and third-party libraries up to date.

About you

You are a tech professional who:

• Has at least three years experience in an IT leadership role.
• Is detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Understands the software development lifecycle, agile model, and scrum methodologies.
• Understands various CI and CD automation processes and tools, including Travis CI.
• Has experience managing and deploying enterprise-scale applications.
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or demonstrated experience in the field.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have one or more AWS certifications: solutions architect, developer, or security preferred.
• Are fluent in English and French!
