In your role as Client Project Manager your main goal is to combine your stellar project management and customer service experience with your drive to generate recurring business through the successful completion of voice over projects, resulting in happy, loyal clients who will continue to work with Voices again and again. You will report to the Manager, Managed Services and will be an integral part of the unbelievably awesome Customer Operations team. Being a part of our Managed Services team means once one of our Account Managers sells a Managed Service voice over project, you’ll step in to deliver all assets, on time, delighting our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Proudly and professionally represent Voices when working with clients by executing project management fundamentals with a high level of proficiency. 
  • Responsible for all project planning, tracking and administrative aspects of client projects, including but not limited to complete project organization, project delivery planning, quality control of deliverables, coordination of external vendors, communication management, etc.
  • Creating and posting jobs to the Voices website, sending audition shortlists to clients for review.
  • Identifying any risks, timeline changes or blockers that might prevent us from meeting our deliverables. Notifying all stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Establish solid rapport with a select group of high-value customers. 
  • The creation and updating of project records in Salesforce, Asana, Google Drive to ensure accurate project tracking.

Skills Required
  • Project management, organization, communication, time management, and active listening.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques. 
  • Being adaptable and highly engaged in a small team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Experience with Excel, Google for Work apps, Asana, or other project management software.
  • Salesforce or other customer relationship management system considered a definite asset.
  • Extremely comfortable with calling and speaking with customers over the phone as well as clear written communication. 
  • Dependable, reliable, ambitious and driven. 
  • Personable, approachable and friendly, but with a professional edge. 
  • Absolutely stellar customer service skills.

 

Educational Requirements 
  • Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification considered an asset.
  • On-the-job training at a similar project management position. 
  • College diploma in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
