Job Description

About This Role
We are looking for someone to design and develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions with accountability for the technical design and delivery of HR system changes on the Workday platform within HR. We are looking for a technical leader who will help guide the migration from Peoplesoft to Workday.

This role will be hiring a Senior Designer / Developer who will be able to build and maintain new integrations and capabilities within the HR Workday Platform. We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft-based or Java-based developer experienced with the Workday Integration Platform. Candidates must have prior experience with Workday Connectors, EIBs and Workday Studio and should also have experience with the following:

• Candidates with a distributed development background in Java
• Experienced developing in Eclipse
• XML & XSLT experience
• REST API experience
• SOAP Web Service experience
• Open Authentication standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth)

Requirements

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

• Preferred Candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Workday EIB
• Candidates without prior Workday Experience should have 5+ years of development experience in a distributed environment:
  • Java Development Experience
  • Eclipse IDE experience
  • XML & XSLT experience
  • Interface development using REST API and SOAP Web Services
  • Open Authentication experience with SAML and OAuth
• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
