THE OPPORTUNITY

As a content development manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage our content development team, ensuring they are producing highly creative human resources content that reflects our exciting, innovative brand and products.
• Manage workflow of the team, ensuring we maintain a consistent voice and make all content deadlines.
• Review and provide feedback to the team, ensuring we continue to produce best in class content.
• Ensure interdepartmental collaboration to bring content to life across a variety of public-facing projects.
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in human resource management as well as workplace trends.

This opportunity can be fully remote, blended, or fully in office. You choose!

ABOUT YOU

You are an individual who:

• Has previous people management experience.
• Has demonstrated experience with creating and overseeing content development.
• Can demonstrate refined skills in creative writing.
• Has proven project management experience.
• Is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who has an eagerness to learn and experiment!
• Is detail oriented and able to work proficiently with tight deadlines.
• Has a university degree or a college diploma in human resources, business, the humanities, or a related area of study. A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have a background in content publishing.
• Have HR experience.
• Are fluent in English and French!
