As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Digital Outreach Specialist supporting our London Administration office.
The Digital Outreach Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, and managing mass communications to Libro’s Owners across multiple digital channels, including email, secure messages, online banking alerts, and emerging communication platforms. The Specialist ensures communications align with business objectives, Libro’s brand guidelines, and an Owner-first approach.
As a part of the Experience & Transformation department, this role works closely with Marketing, Data, Business Effectiveness, and Communications teams, as well as the Marketing Automation Agency, to build and execute outreach campaigns. This includes journey mapping, content creation, adaptation, scheduling, quality assurance (QA), data validation, and maintaining the Email Component Library to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all communications.
Personalization is a key aspect of this role, with a focus on dynamically tailored content to ensure communications are relevant and engaging to the right Owners. Beyond execution, the Digital Outreach Specialist contributes strategically by helping design and deliver programs that build Owner loyalty, enhance Coaching experiences, and support the long-term financial well-being of Owners. The role also plays an active part in planning and innovating future outreach channels and strategies that further Libro’s purpose and deepen Owner relationships. This role may also contribute to broader digital marketing and web-based initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects that advance Libro’s digital engagement and Owner experience.
This position is eligible for flexible work, with the expectation to be at the London Administration office once a month and occasional in-office presence, as needed.
The successful candidate will:
- Execute communication strategies across various digital channels, including email, secure messages, and online banking alerts are optimized for Owner engagement.
- Create compelling content that aligns with marketing and business objectives, and contributes to broader digital initiatives (e.g., web content, digital campaigns) as needed.
- Guided by the Business Effectiveness and Data teams, collaborate to ensure the right message reaches the right Owners through the right channel.
- Ensure all communications align with Libro’s brand guidelines and maintain the Email Component Library for consistent, high-quality email components.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to continually improve performance and engagement.
- Translate business needs into automated communication journeys, working closely with the Marketing Automation Agency to design, build, and refine multi-step outreach programs.
- Lead the creation of lifecycle-based and trigger-based campaigns that drive Owner engagement, using personalization, segmentation, and automation best practices.
- Plan for new channels (e.g., SMS, mobile notifications, digital campaigns) and support evolving digital strategies across platforms.
- Perform rigorous QA checks and validation of email content to ensure accuracy, quality, compliance and data integrity.
- Track and report on email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Marketing Automation Agency, ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign builds, automation, and troubleshooting of platform issues as needed.
- Maintain internal stakeholder visibility into the Owner communication calendar and ensure campaign timelines are met.
- Train and support internal teams on how to effectively use the platform to execute successful campaigns.

- Do you have a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus in the area of marketing, communications, business, digital media?
- Do you have 3 years’ experience within in digital marketing, customer/ member communications, or marketing automation?
- Do you have strong experience with email campaign creation, personalization, content development, and QA?
- Do you have familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Acoustic Campaign, salesforce marketing Cloud or Adobe marketing cloud, Hubspot, Klaviyo (or similar marketing automation platforms)?
- Do you have familiarity with HTML and experience working with development environments like Visual Studio, or web frameworks like Phoenix?
