Position Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to both manual and automated testing for product migration and enhancement projects.  Activities will include planning, execution, and documentation of tests, along with defect and test data management.  You will report to the QA Team Lead and engage in a variety of different quality assurance activities.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high product quality and usability. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and perform appropriate types of software testing for changes and enhancements to LBMX’s software applications, and report issues as required.
  • Prepare detailed, easy to follow test documentation and defect reports using available tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with other members of the QA, Development, and Product teams as required.
  • Take ownership of tasks as assigned, with minimal supervision.
  • Review process documentation and test results.
  • Contribute to automation testing on applicable products.
  • Support the enhancement of quality processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Education or certification related to software quality assurance or computer programming.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Cypress is an asset.
