Support Administrator - Workshops
Position Purpose
The Workshop Support Administrator works in conjunction with Workshop Product Managers and Workshop Delivery Specialists to ensure related administrative activities are carried out. Scope of responsibilities cover end-to-end lifecycle of the workshop product, including, but not limited to, conferring with Product Specialists, Workshop Directors, and Account Directors to draft up Statements of Work for upcoming engagements, all the way through to tasks required to close off a workshop engagement with a client. This role is critical to the success of the Workshops team.

What you will do, includes, but not limited to:
- Produce IT Workshop Statements of Work (SOWs) based on available templates and support Product Specialists and Info-Tech members with any questions about the document.
- Distribute and follow-up on Workshop completion checklist, ensuring that Workshop closing activities are completed.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Workshop Directors, and Core Research to regularly review SOW templates and ensure they are aligned with Info-Tech’s latest research.
- Calculate variable compensation for Research Analysts, Product Managers, and Workshop Specialists. This includes sales incentives, as well as workshop delivery bonuses.
- Review and approve travel expense submissions from employees who deliver workshops, making sure their expenses are aligned with Info-Tech’s Business Expense Policy.
- Compute and re-bill travel expenses to advisory service clients.
- Support the Workshop Operations Manager and Product Managers with light project work. This may include process improvement projects, or internal communications.
- Responsible for workshop case creation, closing, and expiry in SalesForce.
To be successful, you will need:
Education and Experience
- Business, Accounting, or related university or college major
- 0 to 4 Years of Work Experience
Skills & Attributes
- Great interpersonal skills, liaising with corporate clients professionally.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
