Global Amazon Sales Coordinator
StarTech.com is currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Operations team at our corporate office in London, Ontario.
The Global Amazon Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of order management for Amazon, globally. Some additional customer support for distribution partners may be required. Furthermore, this person will be responsible for providing direct in-office support to Amazon while ensuring the operational aspects of the strategy execution are coordinated in the most effective manner, driving revenue.
In This Role You Will
- Be responsible for the order management of all Amazon orders
- Provide reporting based on internal customer requirements
- Provide daily support to internal and external customers. This involves anticipating customer service needs and providing quick and accurate responses to questions or problems.
- Post-secondary education
- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Strong time management skills are a must, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on changing needs.
