We are currently seeking a Senior Field Technician to work out our London, Ontario office.

• Assisting senior sta? with various tasks required for multi-disciplinary projects including; collection, preparation and testing of samples;
• Setting up, performing tests and logging results in the ?eld and laboratory;
• Preparing factual reports, summaries, data sheets or graphs for interpretation  on of test results by the supervisor;
• Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans while completing ?eld, laboratory and o?ce work;
• Ensuring environmental management, planning and regulatory compliance;
• Generating and assisting with preparation  on of deliverable documentation such as technical reports, summaries, data sheets, graphs, proposals and quali?cation packages;
• Participating in project management, site and sta? planning meetings;
• Handling di?cult  situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts;
• Maintaining records of health and safety information, calibration certi?cates, equipment manuals and applicable standards;
• Making recommendations to control or eliminate unsafe conditions in the workplace;
• Traveling out of town for an extended period of time to remote areas to ful?ll ?eld work responsibilities;

• Completion of provincially recognized Technologist program  OACETT C.T. designation;
• CCIL and CSA certifications;
• 7 plus years’ experience in laboratory and ?eld testing;
• Experience, and pro?ciency required to set up, maintain and supervise a CCIL Certi?ed materials testing laboratory;
• Ability to travel between worksites for extended periods of time as required;
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Security Clearance required; and
• A valid “G” Driver’s license is required.
