The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a talented and savvy and adaptive Intermediate Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of classic design principles and modern digital execution. You’ll be a core creator within our studio, crafting cohesive brand systems, campaign concepts and assets that perform everywhere from social feeds to broadcast. You’re someone excited by new tools and curious about how AI can streamline workflows, from asset variation to initial concept exploration. 

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Multi-Platform Campaign Execution: Designing and iterating visuals for integrated campaigns across:
    • Digital & Social Ecosystems: Platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta; digital advertising suites; email campaigns; and landing page visuals.
    • Brand & Print Craft: Comprehensive brand identity toolkits, client presentations, sales collateral, packaging, and environmental graphics.
    • Broad & Experiential: Concepting for out-of-home (OOH), video storyboards, and experiential marketing activations.
  • AI-Augmented Workflows: Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to utilize AI tools for intelligent brainstorming, rapid prototyping, asset resizing, and generating initial visual directions to accelerate project timelines.
  • System-Oriented Design: Building and maintaining scalable design systems and flexible brand guidelines for our diverse client portfolio.
  • Full-Service Collaboration: Working directly with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Developers to take projects from brief to flawless launch.
  • Platform-First Creation: Lead the design of scroll-stopping assets and designs, tailored specifically for the nuances of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Concept & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the creatives and strategists to turn a brief into a masterpiece— from high-energy social graphics, brand concept decks  and motion pieces to dynamic presentations and sleek landing pages..
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as the guardian of brand identity, and ensure that every asset is polished, consistent, and on-brand—no matter the turnaround time.
  • Trend & Cultural Intelligence: Stay ahead of emerging design styles, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform visual storytelling that is at the forefront of social conversation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • A portfolio that shines with talent, versatility and showcases strong visual concepts adapted across multiple channels (social, web, branding, etc.).
  • Mastery of the core toolkit: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proven ability to work in an Agile Project Management environment.  Navigate a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment with ease, balancing multiple projects without ever sacrificing quality or detail and championing your ideas while embracing feedback.
  • Bonus: Creative writer, Motion graphics (After Effects), basic video editing, UI/UX sensibilities, or illustration skills. A mindset and familiarity for or a strong curiosity about AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML) and how they fit into a professional creative workflow.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,0000
