Email Marketing Specialist- Software Reviews

 

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will support the Marketing function to accelerate revenue generation and build automated programs to fuel our inbound funnel and conversion rates.

In this role, you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders within the Marketing, Sales, Data Operations, Product, and IT departments to develop email programs, define and execute program builds in Marketo/Pardot, create, and manage supporting assets, implement campaigns and report on results.

Location- 100 % Remote 

Responsibilities

  1. Manage program calendar for campaigns and ensure alignment on requirements, deliverables and timelines
  2. Design and build new email marketing programs by gathering requirements, building assets, creating automation rules, and writing copy.
  3. Responsible for executing nurturing and engagement programs, managing email compliance, and implementing ongoing database quality programs.
  4. Design segmentation filters, groups and distribution lists to maximize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  5. Create and update campaign and lead flow documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed on details.
  6. Measure insight and optimize across a number of success criteria, including email deliverability, lead stage conversion, and marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
  7. Provide input on email metrics improvement, and experiment with A/B testing, email personalization and suggesting new campaigns/programs/tools to increase engagement and revenue conversion.
  8. Collaborate with a partner agency and internal stakeholders in implementing new marketing automation software.

Experience & Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, including at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-class tools, ideally in a B2B context. Preference given to experience with using Marketo/Pardot tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
  • A good understanding of email channel and marketing automation best practices.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting strategy.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks based on the impact they have to colleagues and KPIs.
  • A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail to ensure all marketing assets are well-built and tested.
  • Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations
