Why join us? We’re on a mission to shape the future of voice, and we’re building a team that’s curious, collaborative, and passionate about making great ideas heard.

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Content Marketer to join our high-performing marketing team and lead the development of compelling, high-impact content that powers brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll work cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to bring our voice to life across every stage of the buyer journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape narratives in one of the fastest-evolving spaces, Voice AI. You’ll have the opportunity to build content for a brand that lives in the space of ethical AI, human creativity, and new technology.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:

Content Strategy Development
  • Develop & maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities
  • Write and edit a wide variety of marketing content including white papers, case studies, landing pages, blog posts, video/podcast scripts, and sales collateral.
  • Build content that maps to the full funnel, awareness, consideration, and decision and spans multiple channels, like email, social, paid and events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partners with Sales, Product Marketing, & Customer Success to pinpoint content gaps for acquisition, onboarding, & retention.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  • Interview internal team and customers to extract insights and bring real stories to life.
Performance & Optimization
  • Track and measure the performance of content across key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Test and refine content based on data, audience feedback, and channel performance.
  • Work with SEO/SEM and demand generation teams to optimize content for discoverability and conversion.
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:

  • 3–5 years of content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to tailor tone and format to a variety of audiences and assets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, lead nurturing, and conversion best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce authentic, insight-rich content.
  • Familiarity with the voice, audio, or AI technology space is a strong asset.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple initiatives.

Bonus Skills

  • Background in journalism, technical writing, or PR.
  • Experience scripting or producing videos, webinars, or podcasts.
  • Experience working with freelance writers, designers, or agencies.
Perks & Benefits

We offer a range of perks that support your growth, wellbeing, and day-to-day flexibility. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Generous Vacation: Start with 15 days of vacation, pro-rated in your first year based on your start date
  • Personal Time: Take care of what matters with 5 paid personal days and 3 unpaid personal days annually
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Access to health and dental benefits as well as a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) after just 3 months of employment
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid work environment
  • Performance Bonus Program: Recognizing your impact with bonus opportunities tied to company and individual performance
  • Learning & Development Support: We invest in your growth with a dedicated L&D budget and coverage for courses & platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Codecademy, and more
