Digital Advertising Production Manager
 

The Team: 

The Markit Digital Advertising team is a team of digital marketing and financial services experts. Our unique targeting capabilities allow us to respond seamlessly to market, and other data driven events. With over 4000 data feeds we can dynamically embed market or other types of data into our creative, allowing unique and dynamic campaigns.  

 

The Impact:  

The Production Manager role is an essential leader on our Digital Marketing team. Combining digital marketing production experience with people leadership, you will lead, task plan, delegate to and mentor a team of production coordinators and designers who are responsible for the creation of complex digital products and services for our clients. Working closely with our media team you will manage all aspects of the creative lifecycle and campaign launches.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that we delight our clients with excellent communication, compelling campaigns, effective reporting, consistent follow-through, and pro-active campaign ideation in a timely manner. 

  • Provide leadership to the digital marketing team, fostering a sense of team as well as encouraging performance and dedication. 

  • Oversee daily operations of the team, evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, including project profitability data. 

  • Brainstorm with Head of Media and Strategy and Designers to create compelling creative strategies for current and prospective clients.   

  • Establish the scope of projects, allocate the proper resources, and monitor progress. Provide status updates to executive leadership. 

  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. 

  • Manage the selection, contract negotiation and on-going relationships with vendors. 

  • Oversee adherence to legal and compliance standards.  

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 10+ years of professional experience, 5+ years in a leadership role managing both projects and people.  

  • 5+ years in Digital production and services. 

  • Experience in the Financial sector strongly preferred. 

  • Experience guiding team(s) with problem solving, removing barriers and addressing challenges in support of project execution and delivery.

  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to help teams interpret customer business needs. 

  • Strong collaborative nature to build cross-team relationships. 

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): 

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $110k to $130k. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.  

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
