We form parts using water and believe that the future of manufacturing and automotive can benefit from this technology.

The selected candidate will be joining the Quality Team and will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Quality Management Systems, EMS and Health & Safety Systems, and assisting in maintaining IATF certification(s) and other duties as assigned by Quality Systems Supervisor.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Administer the Quality Management Systems documentation to ensure documents are maintained, distributed, and controlled as per system requirements.  This includes all customer specific and industry standards for all Vari-Form processes such as welding, fasteners, metal forming, etc. 
  2. Monitor and report on Customer issues, such as checking websites daily for NCT’s, QR’s, etc.
  3. Update company policies and procedures supporting the quality management system.
  4. Update company policies and procedures supporting the Environmental Management System and Health and Safety as needed.
  5. Maintain and manage supplier performance indicators, CAR meetings, and external audits.
  6. Assist in the planning of all audits, internal and external, LPA, including the annual IATF audit and findings resolution.
  7. Administration of training information within the department.
  8. Prepare and administer supplier surveys and assessments.
  9. Back up for scheduling and attendance management of hourly quality employees.
  10. Maintain, monitor, and distribute updates regrading engineering standards.
  11. Create and distribute plant wide training modules as required.
  12. Other assignments as per Quality/ Logistics department.

Educational Requirements and Skills

  1. High school Diploma or GED .
  2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
  3. Must have advanced computer skills with proficiency with all Microsoft Office and web page products.
