WHAT YOU WILL DO
SAP S4 IS-U/ HANA
- Design and maintain S/4HANA platform, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4 utilities roadmap and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT, peer group, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing processes including billing master data, rate configuration, variant program, billing schema, and invoicing cycles.
- Support complex billing, profile management and allocation, Formula profiles and Calculation Workbench.
- Design and implement Bill Print (Print Workbench) solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Handle IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange) for deregulated market processes (e.g., message exchange, market communication, partner profiles).
- Support Settlement Process for Energy Data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and configuration changes to enhance system usability and efficiency.
- Configure code and test system as per quality standards.
- Design, build and troubleshoot clean core compliant ABAP extensions for SAP S/4 HANA leveraging RESTful Application Programming Model, ABAP Cloud, ABAP CDS data models and OData services.
- Design, build and troubleshoot SAP Front End UI applications leveraging SAP Fiori Elements, Freestyle SAPUI5 and related programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Design and develop ABAP Analytical CDS views for SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics reporting.
- Act as senior subject matter expert and provide guidance to SAP Specialists and others.
- Coordinate operation support to setup, implement and monitor IT processes and procedures across SAP S/4 ISU.
- Lead day-to-day issue resolutions in the production environment.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues in collaboration with business users and the technical team.
- Deliver robust business processes through solution design and blue printing.
- Liaise with internal departments and project teams to advise on SAP system and process configuration.
- Assist SAP Manager with coordinating the direction and support for SAP project initiatives and ongoing development.
- Provide progress reporting of projects.
- Provide end user training and documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university).
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant implementation and application maintenance experience in SAP for Utilities Industry Solution primarily in SAP IS-U modules: FI-CA, Billing & Invoicing, Bill Print, Device Management and Customer Services.
- Experience / knowledge of the electricity sector and/or regulated entities considered an asset.
- Experience in SAP S/4 Utilities Customer Engagement, S/4 HANA Service and S/4 HANA Maintenance Management functional areas.
- Experience in SAP I-U IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange), specifically for Retailer Management.
- Strong ABAP Development Experience in building clean core compliant extensions for SAP S/4 HANA leveraging RESTful Application Programming Model, ABAP Cloud, ABAP CDS data models and OData services.
- Hands-on SAP Front End UI Development experience using Fiori Elements, Freestyle SAPUI5 and related programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong knowledge in other ISU modules including FICA and Device Management Processes.
- Proven ability to effectively support and coordinate IT enterprise software initiatives related to business process re-engineering and optimization, strategy, business case, technology roadmap development, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills. Committed to accuracy and detail-oriented.
