Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, the Partner Development Manager (PDM) will cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional opportunities to expand the business relationship, and deploy a joint sales approach. This is a great role for someone who wants to combine their relationship management skills, assertiveness, and can-do attitude to create meaningful impact in a growing market. Your Focus

  • Drive enablement, leads, and deals across named strategic Partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with Partners while developing high-impact, joint sales, marketing, and go-to-market programs.
  • Create and execute a joint Partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to accelerate subscriber metrics.
  • Work with the product, marketing, and sales teams on the execution of partner programs, events, sales engagement, building playbooks and collateral to enable partners to sell into customers effectively.
  • Serve as an advocate for assigned partners and identify areas for growth via partnerships.
  • Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style.

 Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of partner, sales or business development experience in the software and/or technology industries.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Have a Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • People would describe you as persuasive & charismatic.
  • You are receptive to change and proactive in a dynamic environment.
  • You’re a creative thinker and problem solver who works well under pressure.
  •  You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot) is an asset.
