Summary of Duties:

As an HRIS Intern, you will assist in various tasks to ensure the HRIS (SuccessFactors) is effectively managed. You will develop reports, respond to user queries, and contribute to process documentation. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in HR analytics, data management, and system operations within a collaborative team environment.

Work Performed:

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and user documentation for SuccessFactors processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of SuccessFactors data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support data cleanup and correction efforts, documenting audit findings and resolution
  • Develop reports and dashboards within SuccessFactors to support business metrics and analytics.
  • Respond to inquiries from system users regarding SuccessFactors functionality and data.
  • Provide general user support.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.

 

Eligibility under the City of London International Student Graduate Internship Program as follows (see below):

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Have been an international student that has graduated within the last year from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Canada, and
  • Currently hold valid Post-Graduate Work Permit to be legally entitled to work in Canada, and
  • Have an English language benchmark of level 6 or above.

Experience:

Basic understanding of HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors (training will be provided if needed).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation & Other Information:

$22.44/hour

This posting is for one (1) temporary full-time up to 20 weeks position.

Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Subject to change in accordance with business requirements.
